Captivated by reasons unknown
Pen to paper without treason to a poem
Realizing it is me who needs relief
From pain to name what became a 
bleeding of belief
I can be a man
and understand
the purpose to living
In such a complicated
person giving
Everything He can
from the very beginning
Putting the soul on a roll
for the sole purpose for winning
The heart with art and creativity
as I start to impart the reasons for getting
All the words heard in a poem to take me home
To a place embraced alone and then known
To say why I play the song to sing
It is a melody swelling and telling everything
From the color of the rainbow to 
the skies blue as you are true
To find the kind of person inside
Like love for You
