Fantasy Man

Dream on
Believing
Even though
I am seeing
Reality
Crashing in
Redeem my leaving
All the grieving
And finally let fallacy
Rule my heart
Making a start 
Of a song belong
The fool departs from his art
And throws what is wrong
Into the fire only to be a liar
Of the dream as he seems to have
A fantasy turning to ashes burning
Which dashes hopes to succeed
Surpassing the dream of believing
A need to conquer negativity and 
Think enough of love 
To feel as real as above
From below and in from out
East from West and North from South
A man can include fantasy believing
Concluding he can have the sea
Surround the mind and breathe
Psychologically around the kind of belief
He diabolically can see
The ocean is as warm
As the norm and the sea
Formed by the rainstorm
And all the doubt about
Faith in your heart, doubts the Spirit
As great as the start of today
To say the way the day shows
Tomorrow how to play
Like we know 
Causing yesterday
To grow old
As the presence goes 
Dreaming 
Redeeming clemency
From the past as the future claims
At last the day 
As the sun rises over the horizon
Making earth worth the clover 
And the fantasy seems sweet as the song 
In the day of now saying how 
We defeat the sway to always cave 
And never play the way children behave
And feel when they have no responsibility 
To be real, or barriers to be still
Only a day breathing under the sea
With the emotion of their ocean
Become a possibility
To play instead of letting reality delay 
Knowing fantasy is believing
The song or the poem
Knowing growing 
Strong is as real
As the fantasy 
believing in the song
To belong dreaming on
